Innovations in sleep | TED & Beautyrest
TED & Beautyrest | The way we sleep is constantly evolving — from the first raised beds in ancient Egypt to communal sleeping as a way to keep warm during the Industrial Revolution to separate beds for married couples in Victorian England. Now that we’ve begun to study sleep as a science, we’re starting to understand just how important a good night’s sleep can be to our health and happiness.

Love the animation and art style!
Politics aside, a few years ago bought a MyPillow 2.5" mattress topper for my E-King bed (4" longer and 4" wider than a standard King).
10 vertebrae crumbling from the inside out, next to the spinal cord – osteomyelitis. Hurts to breathe, bend, torque, twist, reach for the TP, turn, bend over to wash my hands or dishes, etc.
Best night’s sleep ever.
Yes, I’m aware of the recent political issues w MyPillow, blah, blah, blah. Just sharing an amazing product that has helped me tremendously.
I love that mattress topper. I can now sleep like a rock, at 60 years old with back, right hip, right shoulder, back pain, and my neck that has self-fusing, angulated vertebrae. Ditto the radius and ulna on my right wrist. That means ot hurts. A lot!
MyPillow also makes pet beds.
Not a sponsor, no affiliate links, not a YouTuber with a channel, etc. Just me.
